Thought of the week

Jigmé Khyentsé Rinpoche: "What you call happiness, we call suffering." A way to bluntly point out that we seek happiness where it cannot be found - in the incandescence of constantly renewed pleasures, in gain, praise, fame, physical beauty, power, etc. - while eagerly rushing towards the very causes of suffering.
