Thought of the week
We must dare open ourselves to others, to the vast interdependence of all beings and of nature, and we must take to heart the fate of future generations and of all other species, who strive to avoid suffering and live their lives out to their natural end just as we do. Let's take a stand for altruism; let's have the courage to bring it to heart of our decisions and institutions, and, before anything else, to the heart of our contemplation.
