Buddhist monk, artist, and author Matthieu Ricard returns to the Rubin Museum to address the themes of his newest book, Altruism: The Power of Compassion to Change Yourself and the World. In his book Ricard argues that altruism—genuine concern for the well-being of others—could be the vital thread that answers the main challenges of our time.
A book-signing for Altruism will take place immediately after the program.
