Join us for a special evening with Matthieu Ricard and Prof Wolf Singer as they share insights from Buddhism and neuroscience to help us live happier and more compassionate lives.
For two millennia, Buddhism has examined the mind through introspection, while modern neuroscience studies the mind via scientific observation. But what can we learn from combining these?
At this unique event, Buddhist monk Matthieu Ricard and distinguished neuroscientist Wolf Singer will launch their new book Beyond The Self and share their perspectives on the mind, the self, consciousness, free will, meditation and how we can turn this knowledge into action.
